Amoy rice noodles – straight to wok
These noodles seemed to disappear off the market for many months, but it is fantastic they are back, as I think they are the best ones for a quick stir fry.
Inside are two x 150g sealed packets which are indicated as two serves, however I usually only use one packet in a stir fry with chicken and vegetables and it is enough for two (but use both packets if very hungry!). The best thing about these noodles is you don’t have to soak them first, just pop them straight into your wok and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. (They can also be microwaved.) Lovely with some gluten free soya sauce 🙂
I got mine at Waitrose for 79p. Suitable for vegetarians.
