Cinnamon fingers

As all coeliacs know, there is no shortage of gluten free brownies so sometimes we just want some variety and these cinnamon fingers are a great addition to the market.

I found them at As Nature Intended (Chiswick) and now regularly buy them.  I think they are also available at Whole Foods Market.  They are hard to describe, but they are a little bit like layers of buttery pastry topped with crunchy sugar and cinnamon.  Delicious and it is hard to stop eating them!    Cinnamon fingers biscuits_opt

They would be good to take along to a friend’s place for tea or coffee as I’m sure non-coeliacs would like them too.
