Foddies gluten free catering Melbourne (also low FODMAP!)

low FODMAP catering Melbourne

With Christmas looming, people may be looking for gluten free catering options around Melbourne. Foddies in Camberwell have some fantastic platters that are gluten free, low FODMAP and lactose free.

A while back I needed to cater for a smallish event, and needed gluten free for myself, but also low FODMAP for a couple of guests. Foddies came to the rescue and everyone commented on how fantastic the food was (and didn’t even know that it was gluten free!).

I apologise there are no photos of the food cooked and nicely presented but there just wasn’t time on the night.  All cooking instructions are provided on the lid of each dish.

I have also used Foddies in the past for a delicious birthday cake!  The chocolate mud cake is moist and has an amazing icing.  Again, no-one realised it was gluten free until they saw me eating it ;-).  This can be made dairy free as well as gluten free, and I have found this freezes well if there are leftovers.  Just wrap individual pieces in baking paper and then into a zip lock bag to go into the freezer. Take the slice out of the freezer to defrost a few hours before you need it.
