Kirsty’s ready meals – gluten free and dairy free
Finding a healthy gluten free ready meal can be quite tricky, but Kirsty’s range of meals is providing some healthy options that are also dairy free with some vegetarian options.
I have tried the ‘Moroccan vegetables with quinoa’ and ‘Spanish chicken with brown rice’ and enjoyed them both. I have been doing the fast diet (only one day a week instead of two!) and regularly include the ‘Moroccan vegetables with quinoa’ as my main meal of the day as it is only 276 calories (just over half the 500 calorie fast day allowance for a woman).
It is quite filling and has a nice mixture of herbs and spices to satisfy your taste buds. (I have been doing the diet for around 4 months and am not sick of the meal yet!)
The ingredients are all natural with no additives or preservatives. I order them from Ocado and keep them in the freezer (defrost the night before).
