Nanna’s frozen gluten free crepes
Nanna’s frozen gluten free crepes are back in the supermarket freezers! They disappeared for many months and have reappeared with new branding and only minor ingredient changes.
I am a huge crepe fan and love having these in the freezer for when a crepe craving strikes! They come in a pack of eight.
One crepe can be microwaved in 30 seconds or gently heat in a pan – this takes very little time (less than 2 minutes) and keeps the crepe warm while you add your fillings – in my case this is usually banana and nutella!
I have seen others use them for savoury pancakes too, so they are very adaptable.
If you have other dietary requirements, they do contain soy, milk and egg. The box says suitable for vegetarians.
They are available in the freezer section at Woolworths and some other supermarkets for $7 at the time of publication.
