Welcome to this series of posts aiming to capture all the 100% gluten free venues in the UK. This post covers East Anglia gluten free, at this stage only Norfolk and Suffolk have 100% gluten free venues.
For the regions already covered (eg London, Devon & Cornwall, the Midlands, the North) please see the 100% Gluten Free UK page. All of England is now covered and the other regions of the UK are a work in progress. Please subscribe (see box to your right), or connect via Facebook or Twitter for updates.
The criteria I used for inclusion, was that the business has to be:
- 100% gluten free (ie no cross contamination risk), and
- have its own outlet that you can visit, such as a shop, café or a stall at a market.
If you know of a business that fits the criteria that is not listed, please let me know via the contact page.
Use the map below (zoom out & drag the mouse) to see what is your area, or if you would prefer a printable list, please see the restaurant lists page.

The Gluten Free Shop has everything that you might need if you are Coeliac or following a gluten or wheat free diet; from tasty pies to unbelievable bread, homemade cakes to speciality pasta, store cupboard staples and gourmet sauces. Highly Commended as an Independent Retailer at the 2015 Norfolk Food & Drink Awards, we have a passion for high quality food and good customer service.
The first one of its kind in the UK, this unique independent store is a treasure trove of delightful produce; with an emphasis on using small and local producers, as well as stocking lots of niche and hard to find ingredients there is so much to choose from – and ALL of it is gluten free. We understand how difficult it is to follow a restricted diet, and the team will be on hand to give you all the help that you need to choose the right foods for you. Lots of items are also dairy, egg, soya and nut free, and there is a great range of healthy wholefoods too, you can even buy some of our flours in recipe size portions from our hoppers.
