Restaurant Lists

This page contains my gluten free research on cities I have travelled to.  I spend many hours compiling a restaurant list before going away so we don’t waste precious holiday time looking for somewhere to eat.  I then update it with what I have found and want to share my findings with you as I hate the thought of everyone re-inventing the wheel.

I find having a list that is easily printed works for me as it gets all the information in one place and there is no need to rely on internet access while away (often hit and miss or too expensive).  Please read the disclaimer.  If the restaurant is not 100% gluten free, the lists just advise what might be available – e.g. a gluten free menu or gluten free options available – but does not mean there is no risk of cross contamination.

In most cases there will also be a blog review if you want a  better understanding of what it is like to visit the city.  To keep up to date with new blog items published, sign up to the right for email notifications!
