I have compiled a series of posts for various regions of the UK to take the hassle out of finding gluten free venues to eat.  The venues are usually small, family run businesses and are a mixture of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and market stalls.

The criteria used for inclusion are that the business has to be:

  • 100% gluten free food*
  • have its own outlet that you can visit, such as a shop, café or a stall at a market.

* please note, some venues have an “allergy” focus and others are naturally gluten free, such as paleo

If you know of a business that fits the criteria that is not listed, please let me know via the contact page.
